Welcome

Global Reach Out Initiative (GRO) seeks to serve as a launching pad for the world's young deaf role models to work together, learn from one another, and inspire others.

GRO encourages deaf youth from nations spanning the globe to address social issues that limit deaf populations' opportunities to grow. Our delegates achieve this goal through team-building activities, workshop development, and leadership enrichment.

By tapping into the unrealized potential of many, GRO hopes to be the catalyst for an international community of deaf role models. We believe in the domino effect: if one delegate is inspired to work towards social change, many more will follow. Inspiration is contagious!

  GRO is proud to host two Open Houses!

  The first Open House will be in Washington, D.C. on December 6th at SOVA Espresso and Wine, 1359 H st. NE. The second will be in Rochester, NY on December 13th at Lovin' Cup, 300 Park Point Drive.
